1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Lamha Travels website, inquiring about a package, or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment Confirmation

Your spot on a tour is only secured once a booking is fully processed.

• 100% Payment Requirement: Bookings are considered confirmed only after successful 100% payment processing via our secure gateways (e.g., Credit Card, BenefitPay, or CrediMax).
• Transaction Security: We utilize industry-leading 256-bit encryption for all global transactions. Lamha Travels does not store your direct card details.
• Pricing: Package rates are primarily displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). While you may view estimates in other currencies via our currency switcher, the final transaction may be processed in the base currency, subject to standard exchange rates.

3. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

We practice transparent planning. Every package clearly details its inclusions (e.g., hotel stays, guided tours, airport transfers) on its respective page. Unless explicitly stated in the "Inclusions" tab, international flights, personal expenses, travel insurance, and specific local taxes are excluded from the package cost.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended return date.
• Visas: While the Lamha Travels team provides full assistance and guidance for visa applications, the issuance of a visa is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy. We are not liable for visa rejections or delays.
• Health & Safety: Travelers must comply with all local health regulations, vaccination requirements, and general safety guidelines of the destination country.

5. Itinerary Modifications by Lamha Travels

We strive to execute all itineraries exactly as planned. However, for Adventure, Wildlife, or outdoor tours, Lamha Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice due to severe weather conditions, road closures, political unrest, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will attempt to provide reasonable alternatives of a similar standard.

6. Liability & Third-Party Disclaimer

Lamha Travels acts as an agent and global travel concierge, making arrangements with airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local guides. We are not directly liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the negligence or default of these third-party service providers.
