Refund & Cancellation Policy
We believe in transparent planning. Below you will find our standard policies regarding booking cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
1. General Cancellation Policy
At Lamha Travels, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for most of our land tour packages. Generally, a full refund is processed if the cancellation request is submitted at least 15 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
2. Standard Cancellation Timeline
- 15 Days or more before departure: 100% Refund (minus any non-refundable third-party booking fees).
- 7 to 14 Days before departure: 50% Refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 Days before departure: No Refund (100% cancellation fee applies).
- No Shows: If a traveler fails to arrive on the designated start date, no refund will be issued.
3. Flights & Third-Party Services
Please note that our standard cancellation policy applies primarily to ground arrangements (tours, transfers, and activities managed directly by Lamha Travels). If your package includes international or domestic flights, or stays at specific luxury resort partners, those components are subject to the strict cancellation policies of the respective airlines or properties. We will transparently communicate these specific non-refundable terms during your booking process.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, BenefitPay, or CrediMax). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5. Promotional Codes & Discounts
If you applied a promotional code or discount during checkout, the refund will strictly reflect the actual amount paid out-of-pocket after the discount was applied. The promotional value itself is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Modifications to Itinerary
We understand that plans change. If you wish to postpone your trip or modify your dates rather than canceling entirely, please contact our 24/7 Support Team. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur seasonal rate differences or rebooking fees from our hotel partners.
