  • In the event that a customer damages hotel property, MakeMyTrip disclaims all responsibility for any charges levied on the customer for damage, minibar consumption, or any other expenses not specifically included in the holiday package.
  • Kindly ensure that you follow the timelines provided by the Holiday Manager for all activities.
  • Optional activities are not included in the package and can be availed at an additional cost.
  • Travel insurance is included for travellers up to 69 years of age.
  • If your package includes a domestic flight at the destination, the timing of the flight is subject to availability (morning, afternoon, evening or night). The flight may also operate from a different terminal/hub; however, MakeMyTrip will make the necessary arrangements for the internal flight.
  • Kindly be punctual for all your activities, tours and transfers as mentioned in the handover vouchers (reporting time). Foreign countries follow strict schedules — any delay from your side may lead to missed services, for which no refund will be provided by MakeMyTrip.
  • For queries related to cancellations or refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. For any paid activity that becomes non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed, and the same should reach the guest within 30 days from the date of processing. Complimentary activities (not charged to the customer) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-operation.

  • The hotel and flight mentioned in the PDF are tentative in nature, and the actual hotel offered may differ from what is stated in the PDF.
  • The airline mentioned in the PDF is also tentative in nature, and the actual airline offered may differ from what is listed.
  • All group transportation during the tour will be provided by long-distance coaches, unless mentioned otherwise for a particular day or time. The size of the coach will be determined based on the final number of guests.
  • In case of visa rejection, the refund will be processed as per the package cancellation policy.
  • If the payment schedule mentioned in the PDF is not followed, the booking will be cancelled by MakeMyTrip after attempting to contact the customer for payment. On cancellation, the amount paid shall be forfeited.
  • The hotels provided in the package may be situated on the outskirts of cities, ensuring smooth inter-city transfers while avoiding city traffic.
  • MakeMyTrip takes no liability for any charges levied on the customer in cases of damage to hotel property, consumption from the minibar, or any other expenses not specifically included in the holiday package.
  • Where a third person is sharing the room, an additional mattress or rollaway bed will be provided.
  • Kindly note that average hotel room sizes abroad are generally smaller compared to those available in India.
  • Indian dinners (if included in the package) will be provided; however, there may be variations in taste compared to food offered in India.
  • Visa cost is not included in the package if it is removed.
  • MakeMyTrip only provides visa assistance and plays no role in the approval or rejection of a visa. The decision lies solely with the concerned Embassy/High Commission.
  • If a transit visa is required, the responsibility to obtain it lies entirely with the customer.

  • You can expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before departure, subject to full payment of the package cost.
  • The final payment will be based on the activities reflected on the website and will be detailed in the confirmation email.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar items, etc., are not included.
  • If your package needs to be cancelled due to natural calamities or weather conditions, MakeMyTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to agreements with trade partners and vendors.
  • Passenger names in the booking form must exactly match the names as per their passports. MakeMyTrip will not bear liability for name-change fees if incorrect names or ages are entered at the time of booking.
  • If your package includes a flight operated by a low-cost carrier (such as AirAsia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, FlyDubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways, Vueling, Delta, Ryanair, Pegasus, IndiGo, etc.), baggage and meals are not included unless specified. These can be added at an additional cost depending on the airline and destination. Our Travel Expert will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of booking confirmation for any additions required.
  • Please ensure that baggage or any upgrade requests are submitted to our Travel Expert at least 5 days before departure. The cost of such upgrades shall be borne by the customer.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
  • If the selected hotel is not available at the time of booking, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be offered.
  • A Day at Leisure implies that no sightseeing activities have been scheduled for that day.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  • Visa approval is at the discretion of the concerned Embassy/Consulate. In case of visa rejection and consequent cancellation, cancellation charges will apply as per the policy.
  • A booking shall be considered cancelled on the date the customer submits a written cancellation request to MakeMyTrip.
  • Visa assistance is limited to providing information on requireddocuments and offering reasonable application support. It does not constitute any guarantee of visa approval.
  • VFS appointment availability is subject to external factors, and MakeMyTrip has no control over the same.
  • In case of visa rejection, the refund will be processed as per the package cancellation policy.
  • We operate group departures with a minimum strength of 15 passengers, failing which the departure may be shifted to the next operational day.
  • MakeMyTrip reserves the right to cancel the package or shift the departure date. Customers may alternatively choose another package, Europamundo, or a FIT option at the same cost.
  • Shared airport transfers are included for the customers booking a land-only package.
  • If pre-night and post night is booked, airport transfers are to be managed by customers on their expense.
